Ambrynn Bowman is part of a musical family, with all 3 of her siblings and both parents performing regularly. Her husband Spencer Jarrett is a trombonist, and they enjoy playing duets together as well as in Opera and Ballet orchestras. A Utah native, she has a BMus from the University of Utah under the tutelage of John Eckstein (of the Utah Symphony), as well as a MM from Penn State University under Kim Cook.
Ambrynn is a sought-after freelance artist and performs for many groups across the Wasatch Front. She is a member of the Utah Metropolitan Ballet Orchestra, UVAA Opera Festival Orchestra and Orchestra at Temple Square, as well as a regular cellist with the Ballet West Orchestra and Utah Chamber Artists. She also enjoys recording for video game and movie music scores. Ambrynn has performed with Andrea Bocelli, David Archuleta, The Piano Guys, and Simply Three, among others.
Ambrynn has a passion for early music, playing the viola da gamba and baroque cello with several early music ensembles in the Salt Lake City area as well as with the Venice Music Project during their residence in Pennsylvania.
