Susan Talley has worked as a full-time church musician with her husband Stephen for forty years, retiring in 2015 to live in Kayenta. Together the Talleys have served large Protestant churches in Erie, PA; Delray Beach, FL; Boise, ID; and Charlotte, NC. Educated at Princeton University, the Royal Danish Conservatory of Music, and the Washington National Cathedral, Susan has been privileged to play magnificent pipe organs across the US as well as in Denmark and France. An avid chamber musician, Susan enjoys collaboration with both vocalists and instrumentalists. Since moving to St. George, Susan has served as choral accompanist for the Tuacahn High School choral program and organist at Grace Episcopal Church. She began teaching part-time at DSU in August 2019.
