Who are We?
The Utah Tech University Flute Choir consists of students on campus, as well as members of the St. George Utah Community. Anyone who has had 3 years playing experience is welcome to audition. Please contact Dr. Tenney at Candice.Behrmann@gmail.com or Candice.Behrmann@utahtech.edu
What do we do?
We play transcriptions, and original compositions written just for flute choir. Our Ensemble features piccolo, C Flute, Alto Flute and Bass Flute. In 2016, the flute choir was invited to play at the National Flute Convention in San Diego, California and Salt Lake City, Utah. We perform twice a semester in the Eccles Recital Hall at Utah Tech University (UT). We are also a featured group at UT’s Woodwind Day, held the third Saturday in February.
