Debra Vradenburg

Debra Vradenburgs’ passion for playing the cello and her background in yoga and fitness has led her to help others with stress and strain while playing and performing.

She has a BS in Health Ed, is a Registered Yoga teacher RYT 500 hrs, Licensed Massage Therapist, Thai Yoga and Touch for Health Practitioner, and Certified Advanced Rolfer -Rolfing Structural Integration; with emphasis on emotional anatomy, body mechanics, and body history interpretation.

Debra has been in private practice for 26 years, and also works on horses and dogs.

“Playing music and teaching yoga is a great way to balance my life”.

She currently plays cello with The Southwest Symphony, Southwest Strings Octet, and the Cello Society of Southern Utah, as well as performing the fiddle with ‘Thistle N’Knot Celtic Band’ and Desert Strings Orchestra,

Playing the cello is an athletic event. It is important to keep physically fit to prolong stamina and prevent injury.
