The Junior Festival is ideal for cellists who are just beginning their cello journey or who have a year or less of experience. Younger intermediate cellists are welcome to join as well.
Junior Festival Faculty
We will focus on:
- Basic cello setup and playing in first position
- Exploring rhythm and feeling music through physical movement
- Connecting music and visual art parent involvement
- Ensemble skills and performance
