Castle Rock Music Camp

Castle Rock music students participate in performance instruction, daily sectional and ensemble rehearsals, musicianship classes, orchestra rehearsals, master classes, fun activities and a final concert in our beautiful Eccles Concert Hall!

Cello Festival

The Cello Festival is a two day event held in Utah Tech University’s Eccles Fine Arts Center. Register online for access to performances, workshops, a free T-shirt, and a pizza lunch!

Woodwind Day

This Woodwind Day will feature guest artists and multiple specialty classes for all woodwind instrumentalists

Bass players of all ages and skill levels are invited to attend the UT Bass Festival.  Please join us in Bass Festival 2025.

Attend and participate in double bass and bass guitar workshops, master classes, and concerts.

UT Conducting Symposium

Please join us for the 2023 Utah Tech University Conducting Symposium! You will have the opportunity to spend two days learning and growing musically with two outstanding musicians, educators, and clinicians, Alfred Dentino and Adam Lambert. This experience will leave you inspired and ready to take great tools into your life and career.

Early Music Festival

The Early Music Festival features music from antiquity to baroque and beyond.  Besides a performance by the UT Early Music Ensemble, the festival brings in visiting artists and scholars showcasing performances on period instruments and historically-informed performance practice.

Honor Ensembles

Talented pre-college students join force each year in the Washington County School District honor ensembles (band, choir, jazz ensemble and orchestra) on Utah Tech University campus, directed by UT’s amazing music faculty and district ensemble teachers.

Southern Utah Piano Pedagogy Conference

This annual conference sponsored by SUU & UT will be held Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Southern Utah University. This is a one-day conference with several presenters participating.  We are excited to welcome Dr. Yu-Jane Yang as our featured presenter!
